Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in certain cases to ensure customer satisfaction.

Change of Mind

If you wish to exchange an item due to a change of mind:

• The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

• Exchange approval depends on product availability.

• Refunds may or may not be provided depending on the situation and product availability.

• In some cases, only exchange will be possible instead of a refund.

Incorrect or Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered:

• Sitara Diamond Textile will cover the shipping charges for the exchange or return process.

• The issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition with packaging intact.

Important Notes

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

• Sale items and customized products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
